1. About Glenscot

Founded in Casablanca in 2014, Glenscot has rapidly established itself as a recognized player in the distribution of wines and spirits in Morocco. With a rich and diversified portfolio ranging from accessible references to premium and high-end products, Glenscot combines international brands with prestigious and exclusive selections.

In 2024, the company was acquired by Moulay Driss Ouazzani, a recognized industry professional with more than 18 years of experience. Drawing on his expertise, experience, and extensive network, he has brought a renewed strategic vision to Glenscot, built around rigor, operational excellence, brand development, and value creation.

This new chapter has marked a significant acceleration in Glenscot’s development. One year after the acquisition, more than 35 new partners have joined the portfolio, further strengthening the company’s presence and its ability to offer an increasingly diverse and high-quality portfolio to the Moroccan market.

Expertise Serving the Moroccan Market

Over the years, Moulay Driss Ouazzani has developed strong partnerships with prestigious houses and key players in the wine and spirits industry. His experience has contributed to the development of an increasingly structured Moroccan market focused on quality, brand excellence, and craftsmanship.

Today, this experience translates into a clear ambition for Glenscot: to build strong brands, enhance portfolio value, and develop long-term relationships with its partners and customers.

Nationwide & Multi-Channel Coverage

Since 2025, Glenscot has expanded its distribution from Casablanca and its surrounding region to nationwide coverage across Morocco, enabling the company to serve customers throughout the country.

The company operates across both the ON-Trade — hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs — and OFF-Trade — wine shops, modern retail, and specialized stores — supported by dedicated commercial and logistics teams.

An Expanding Wine Shop Network

Glenscot also oversees the development of premium wine shop networks through its Dominus and Le Cellier brands. These outlets reflect Glenscot’s commitment to showcasing exceptional products and providing consumers with an authentic and accessible tasting experience.

A STRUCTURED PORTFOLIO FOR EVERY CHANNEL

Over the past 18 months, Glenscot has significantly strengthened its portfolio and market positioning. We now operate with a complete, competitive off-trade range for modern retail and traditional trade, built around strong, accessible brands at highly competitive price points, ensuring volume, rotation, and penetration. In parallel, Glenscot has developed a clearly segmented on-trade portfolio, combining premium wines, spirits, and beers for high-end establishments, alongside a selection of niche and limited-allocation products reserved for ultra-premium venues—reinforcing our credibility in the luxury on-trade segment.

4. Warehouse

  1. Glenscot currently operates a warehouse in the center of Casablanca which will be used as a last-mile warehouse to deliver quicker. To better serve our logistical needs, Mr Ouazzani has invested 1.5M€ on building a new larger, more modern warehouse on the periphery of the city, that will be delivered in early 2026. This new location will be strategically positioned near the highway network, enabling us to efficiently and swiftly deliver our products across all of Morocco. This move represents a significant step forward in enhancing our distribution capabilities and improving service to our customers.2250 m2: Storage area with a capacity of 2500 pallets 1000m2: Sales administration offices, logistics, supply chain 4 floors
